Synopsis
GHOSTBUSTERS meets EVIL DEAD 2 in this action-comedy about Jake and Andrew Basher, brothers who are small-town auto mechanics. They live ordinary lives, struggling to keep the family business afloat, until one fateful night when they're attacked by a vicious, 3-eyed monster. The brothers manage to kill it, but not before it infects Jake with its DNA, leaving him with one super-strong monster arm. It also makes him dependant on "monster juice," the glowing fluid from the monster's brain, to stay alive. Which means of course: the Bashers must kill more monsters.
"We Kill Monsters" is a 6-issue limited series comic book that will published by Red 5 Comics from July 2009 - December 2009. The book is receiving much advance critical praise. It was selected as Diamond's Staff Pick of the Month for May, and Ain't It Cool News cited it as "one that shouldn't be missed."
