"...Though it might seem overenthusiastic to recommend an entire program on the basis of one short, closer 'K-7' would make sitting through two hours of C-SPAN2 worth it... The acting is note-perfect, the script tight, and the look as crisp as a Hollywood feature."
-The Austin Chronicle
Synopsis
It started as an ordinary job interview. It will end in mortal combat.
Vincent Kincaid needs this job. He's even undergone a rigorous psychological exam to prove he's the right man for the job. The only other applicant, Ernie, is a conspiracy nut with psychopathic tendencies, who gleefully insists this company is actually a CIA front.
It is. In fact, the CIA has taken a keen interest in Vincent Kincaid. The psychological profile has rated Vincent a 'K-7.'
K-7 is a short film starring Jarrad Paul and Kai Lennox that has played at over 60 festivals worldwide, including the Tribecca Film Festival and SXSW. It won 12 awards, including Best Live Action Short at HBO's U.S. Comedy Art's Festival in Aspen, Best Short at CineVegas, and a Jury Mention at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival.

"'K-7' (Dir. Christopher Leone, USA, 2005, 18 min.) It's no surprise that filmmaker Christopher Leone was unemployed when he came up with the idea of doing a film about a job application process from hell. 'K-7,' which won Best Live Action Short at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, has its own page on MySpace."
